Nikki Dixon
I have always been ultra focused on delivering the best property management service I can. I love being able to help my clients get the most out of their properties and supporting them in their growth as landlords.
It is really important to me that I build a trusting, long term relationship with my clients. I have never wanted to be one of those overworked Property Managers we see so often in the industry, so I keep my portfolio smaller to enable me to do my job properly and deliver a boutique and personalised service. I love to catch up with my clients over a coffee, take time to chat over any issues or concerns, and consider my clients as friends.
When I realised that this approach is extremely uncommon in the Property Management world, I was very frustrated and felt ready to quit the industry if I was unable to provide my clients with the level of service I believe they deserve.
But then, I was approached by Mike - someone who shared my vision of personal service and dedicated professional property management. He offered me the chance to do the job my way and take as long as I needed to grow the business.
In every way that matters to me, Vogue Property Management operates just as I want it to, and that was an opportunity I just couldn't pass up... as I love what I do.
Our History
Mike Steeneveld
I have been investing in property, managing property, and managing property management companies since 1993. In 2020 I decided to open a new property management company, one that was dedicated to personal service and focused on the needs of new investors in particular.... a very professional, high service company for investors who wanted the best.
I knew I needed a superstar property manager to do the hard work. For years I had been hearing about just such a person from a friend. She was great, really dedicated, hard working, very professional... really it was a pity she was happily working for another company!
Then, the stars aligned and we were both in a position to move forward with our vision for a boutique, personal Property Management service and Vogue Property Management was created.
