Repairs & Maintenance are a critical part of a Property Managers responsibilities. We will respond to any maintenance requests or sudden problems and arrange for repair work. Our tenants have around the clock access to us, even if a problem should arise in the middle of the night. This reassures the tenant as well as you, the investor, that we are looking after your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We recently had a call from a tenant, on a Sunday morning, reporting water seeping into the carpet. We arranged to meet our handyman onsite urgently and saw that the water was leaking from the upstairs hot water cylinder (20 years old) and immediately turned the hot water off as we suspected a burst cylinder. We got towels, a dehumidifier and heater on site quickly to dry the carpet before it became a 'lift and dry' carpet problem (much more expensive).
On Monday morning we arranged for a plumber to replace the hot water cylinder (before a larger problem ensued). While we were there, we noticed some newly developed electrical and mould problems as well. By the end of the Monday, we had the mould removed, all the lights and sockets working again and leak remedied. Both the tenants and landlord were spared much bigger problems by our experience, contacts, and quick action.
