Getting Selection Right
Finding the right tenant is a bit like match making. Our goal is to find the right fit for your property and to do so, we follow a strict vetting process to secure quality tenants for you.
We believe it is important that the Property Manager meets the prospective tenant so choose not to have a letting agent.
Once the prospective tenant has completed our comprehensive application form, we speak with numerous references and complete a credit check on all named tenants to ensure they are suitable tenants for your investment.
We carry out a comprehensive in-going inspection, using video recordings to ensure all aspects are documented. We then meet the tenants onsite to hand over the keys and answer any questions they may have. This is also a great opportunity for us to outline our expectations.
Our number one objective is to secure tenants who are happy with their accommodation, treat it well, will stay a long time and can afford to pay the rent!
We know that high quality accommodation attracts high quality tenants, so we work with our landlords to make sure they have the right amenities and features to maximise their return.
