Our management rate is 8.5% +GST of your weekly rent.

We do have to charge a letting fee of 1 weeks rent once we have a new tenancy in place.
All costs are gst exclusive.
*Project Management: If you need a large maintenance/renovation job costing in excess of $2,500 which require us to manage the project, then we will have to charge for this at your standard rate.
