With 24 years experience in owning and renting residential property there are few people who know more about investment property than Mike. He controls an $11 million property business with 17 rental income streams with his family trusts and companies. Mike also has founded and run other property management businesses.
Mike has been semi-retired since 2013, but he still manages some properties for long standing clients, as well as managing other businesses and investments. What Mike really likes to do is organise and manage large scale renovation projects for his clients. On this page you can see the details of a recent project.
With his vast experience Mike backs up our staff when they have novel issues to deal with, and assists with adapting to legislative changes.
